Kaizen

TESCRA’s allows its employees to think innovatively, redesign process, and focus on core competencies to improve its business performance. TESCRA productivity per employee is increasing at the rate above 5% per year.

Re-hire Scheme

The employees who leave the company whatever reason other than termination can opt the re-hire scheme, which enables them to turn back to the organization after a period of 6 months depending on the availability of the skill sets which they possess.

Holidays

All regular employees of TESCRA are eligible for 22 days of paid holiday and also 5 days of sick leave every year.
